Timeline In Unity

The Timeline in Unity is a way to sequence events for cinematics. There really isn’t much to it, just add a type of thing, place it in sequence with another set of things, and watch it all play out, keyframed in similar terms to an animation.

All kinds of stuff can fit inside a timeline.

This might come in handy if your game uses a lot of cinematics, although if you are, unless you’re working solo, an artist would probably be the best person to handle this.
